At WEST, some of Adelaide’s best beaches are just a stone’s throw away and perfect for swimming, walking, running or playing. From Grange to Tennyson to Semaphore and beyond is one long stretch of white sandy beach and blue shallow water, where you can simply watch the sunset or drop a line from one of the many jetties.
Charles Street is WEST’s vibrant high street precinct and social hub, where you’ll meet, eat, drink, think, stop a while and shop a while. And it’s all just ‘down the street’, making your morning coffee run, library returns, or dinner with friends as convenient as can be.
Living in the west for over a decade and being able to downsize in an area that I am familiar with has been a great comfort. I feel safe in my apartment and have piece of mind when I travel as I can just lock-up and leave and not worry about security.
We enjoy the proximity to cafes and having a morning coffee at Brunelli's and walking our dog Bella, through the various parks and reserves throughout and surrounding WEST.
The house plans are great, giving plenty of space with cool designs. I’m looking forward to exploring the local area and spending time outside on the running tracks around the WEST community.
