VALO Apartments - March Update

VALO Apartments are truly coming to life, with construction progressing rapidly each day.

The Level 1 concrete slab has now been poured and the column support works are well underway. Early pre-work for Level 2 has commenced in preparation for the next concrete slab floor to be poured in April. The lift shaft and stairway for Level 1 are also nearing completion.

VALO is being constructed by Tandem Building Group, who have proven their expertise in building award-winning apartments at WEST including The Gallery Apartments, Ivy Apartments, Jasmine Apartments, SALT Apartments, and the newly completed Ocea Apartments that residents will be moving into in the coming weeks.

Construction is on track for completion this year and with only 3 apartments remaining for sale, you’ll have to be quick to secure one. All 3 apartments are fixed price and have a southern golf course aspect, and the views from levels 2 and 3 are going to be stunning.

The 28 apartments in VALO feature ducted reverse cycle air conditioning, stone benchtops, blinds to bedrooms and video intercom - just to name a few of the generous inclusions.
