WEST Brings More Awards Home

Perhaps it’s the competitive spirit of our Football Park setting, but WEST has been awarded Best Medium Density Development for the second consecutive year at the Urban Development Institute of Australia, South Australian awards!

Competing against some of the best developments in South Australia, The Gallery Apartments at WEST were judged as the State’s best.

Awarded for the merits of its design, and the quality of its planning and build, this award is testament to the collaboration between Davis + Davis Architects and developer and builder Commercial & General.

Completed in 2018, we knew we were onto something really special right from the very beginning of The Gallery project. With its spacious apartments, unique golf course frontage, and the amazing panoramic views on display, The Gallery generated a lot of interest and was one of our quickest selling apartments to date. And, our residents just love it!

We are also thrilled to announce that on Saturday night, our very own Sales Director, Georgie Taarnby was recognised with a Silver award at The 2019 REISA Awards for Excellence for Local Residential Salesperson – Metro. A significant achievement amongst a field of 22 of her peers.
