The beginning of a new era at WEST

It’s the end of an era for Football Park as we know it, though it’s only the beginning for its new lease on life.

Demolition of the stadium is underway, making way for amazing new shopping and dining experiences for all to enjoy, as well as new job opportunities for locals. Fresh food, community facilities, and new parks are all part of the plan for the new Charles Street town centre precinct at WEST.

And whilst the landscape of our coastal community is changing, the oval will always be at the heart of the community for all to enjoy as a community reserve.
