Families of All Sizes Are Choosing WEST

Whether it’s for work, for financial opportunity, or a simple need to shake things up — what motivates a move of house is different for every family. For Rebecca and Justin, it was a simple matter of space.

Feeling their two boys had outgrown their current backyard, WEST’s multitude of parks and open spaces was a big selling point for them. And naturally, the prospect of kicking a footy at the historic Football Park is highly appealing to their two boys.

Rebecca and Justin were also impressed by how self-contained the community is, and the simple, active lifestyle this affords; they loved the idea of being able to walk to and from the upcoming Charles St shopping district for their weekly shop.

When they came to see our initial display homes on the opening weekend, their first reaction was that they could really ‘feel the quality of the build’. They quickly fell in love, and soon enough bought that very Banksia 96 display home.

Since then, Justin’s parents have also bought an apartment within our WEST community, at The Gallery. This move, also motivated by space, is the perfect downsizer for their retirement.
